•    Receive 10% discount on food, beverage & Spa treatment at any branch belonged to The Melbourne Hotel.  
•    Early check in: On request and upon availability on arrival.
•    Late check-out: On request and upon availability on departure.
•    Priority Check-in: If existing
•    Room upgrade: Room upgrade to the next available room type upon arrival, subject to availability.
